This inaugural Local Spins 'greatest hits' album features tracks by 12 West Michigan artists who took part in the "HopCat presents Local Spins Live at River City Studios" interview-and-performance series over a two-year period (from November 2014 to November 2016).

The music was recorded in front of a live studio audience, with the sessions hosted by Local Spins editor and publisher John Sinkevics. You can find videos and full podcasts of all the sessions at LocalSpins.com.
A portion of proceeds from sales of the album will be donated to Access of West Michigan and its anti-poverty programs in Kent County.
